Our work aligns with the Tanzanian Development Vision 2050 in that we also want to:
prioritise stakeholder participation
develop human capital beyond education
reduce inequality, and
promote equitable access to education and economic opportunities.
Our approach to development is a simple one that puts the community at the heart of the process
Through co-production methodologies we engage with a variety of community leaders and locally-led NGOs to learn about the challenges being faced, discuss potential solutions, deliver suitable interventions and monitor their impact. In this way the community are the owners of change.
