To achieve this we seek to understand the different cultural and personal powers at play and ensure that, through local delivery partners, we listen to all the voices. We seek to support projects that are wanted and needed by the community and that they are involved in envisioning what success looks like, how it is measured, who does the measuring and who gets the feedback. We adopt adaptive management techniques, allowing our constant monitoring to help us tack a path to success.
